My name is Elodia, and I’m a licensed boutique cake artist who specializes in creating moist, buttercream cakes adorned with one-of-a-kind, meaningful designs for the most special people in life.
Oh yes, it’s true. If you’re a cake lover like me, you know it’s hard to believe that a pretty cake could possibly taste amazing. But my cakes ALWAYS taste moist. And because I’m an artist, the custom designs are always different and based on what you have in mind. My frosting isn’t there to cover up flaws in the cake. All icing is delicious buttercream, with the exception of some unique fondant designs.
Exquisite wedding cakes are my specialty! My favorites are 3-tier cakes that complete the theme of a luxurious wedding. If a tiered cake isn’t your cup of tea, then let’s chat about customized cake tops and cupcakes.
Birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties, milestone events, or just because! Purposeful cakes are not for the plain and ordinary (otherwise, stick with the grocery store). All cakes are made with the finest quality ingredients. For example, cake flour (which costs twice as much!) instead of general all-purpose flour. Natural flavor extracts over artificial.
